2. Billing & Payments

• Charged automatically through Stripe/credit card.
• Quarterly/Yearly: prepaid & auto-renew.
• Late payments: 1.5% fee, suspension after 7 days.
• Taxes not included.

3. Setup & Onboarding

• Timeline 3–14 days (plan dependent)
• Steps: manager → audit → access → content → AI → launch → reporting
• No refunds for delays caused by missing client info.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Monthly: cancel anytime with 7-day notice.
• Quarterly/Yearly: 30 days notice (minus 10% admin fee)
• Setup fees are non-refundable.
• Extra services: $25/hr
• Service stops + access removed after cancellation.

5. Performance & Guarantees

• No guarantee against platform outages.
